Construction
.Deconstruction & Preparation
Moving out, disconnecting utilities, remediating hazardous materials, removing drywall, installing tree barriers, conducting demolition, and setting up safety fencing. Cleanup and debris removal, along with photo documentation.
Mechanical Systems
Roughing in all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas, sprinklers, low-voltage vacuum, audio, video, Wi-Fi, and security systems, including integration.
Insulation & Drywall
Installing insulation in exterior walls and attics, soundproofing, and preparing walls and floors with drywall or other suitable materials.
Finishing Touches
Exterior work includes rain screens, cladding, roofing, and drainage. Interior finishes encompass flooring, tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, finish carpentry, and painting.
Cleanup & Detailing
Removing construction debris from the site and interiors, completing final details, and finishing all municipal or related inspections.

The comprehensive construction checklist from My House is reviewed by your Project Manager before the walkthrough.
Walkthrough
The Project Manager will accompany you through your project to identify any outstanding issues or corrections that need to be addressed.
Deficiency Completion
There may be items that require fixing, replacing, or finishing. We address all deficiencies as soon as materials become available.
Move-In
Our aim is to have you move in as soon as possible after all necessary inspections are completed and work is finished to your satisfaction.
Photos & Referral Program
We take pride in documenting the completion of your project and provide you with a CD or memory stick containing all construction photos.
Warranty
We offer a comprehensive 2/5/10 warranty based on the Home Protection Office of BC and the CHBA construction performance guidelines.
Service
Regularly scheduled maintenance and service work help keep warranties valid and prevent costly future repairs.
